Cuca (Catalina) 🤎👩🏻🍳
Las verdaderas cucas… doraditas, suavecitas y con ese sabor a papelón que no se negocia 😏
A mi esposo le encanta esta cuca 🤭🤌🏻
🧾 Ingredientes
•250 g de papelón
•100 ml de agua
•Canela en rama
•Clavo de olor
•Jengibre
•Ralladura de 1 limón 🍋
•300 g de harina de trigo
•2.5 g de polvo de hornear
•2.5 g de bicarbonato
•50 g de margarina
👩🏻🍳 Procedimiento:
•Derrite el papelón con el agua y las especias hasta formar un melado. Cuela y deja entibiar.
•En un bowl, con el melado ya colado, agrega la margarina derretida y mezcla bien hasta que esté todo integrado.
•Luego incorpora los ingredientes secos tamizándolos poco a poco hasta formar una masa suave.
•Forma las cucas llévalas al horno hasta que estén
doraditas y listo 🤎
Tip (ojo 👀): cuando las cucas o las catalinas ya estén listas, puedes barnizarlas con un poquito de miel por encima para darles ese brillo y un toque extra de sabor 🤤🍯
