Yo primero dejo que la gelatina cuaje completamente. Ya después, preparo un poquito de gelatina sin sabor y se la agrego al momento de colocar el cake para que se pegue bien a la gelatina ✨

Así las capas quedan perfectas, bien definidas y el ponqué no absorbe la gelatina.
