It's a traffic infraction! When you signed for your driver's license, YOU agreed to follow all traffic laws! That includes giving law enforcement your driver's license, registration and proof of insurance when stopped for a traffic infraction! Failing to do so will get you arrested! If you choose to be a so-called sovereign citizen, you can travel your happy ass around by walking or peddling a bicycle! Driving is a privilege, NOT a right and DON'T forget that unless you want your vehicle towed and impounded. You won't get that vehicle out of impound without current registration, insurance and of course a driver's license. That's how it works and if you don't like it, too bad!!!!
