Brittle + Yogurt = Delicious!
I found this brittle recently and I can’t stop thinking about how delicious this was. I’m a fan of the Forager Project vanilla yogurt so I am always looking for things to add into it to give it a kick. I’m a picky person and texture is a big deal for me, so adding granola or something with a harder texture helps me get over my dislike for the texture of yogurt.
The brittle is delicious on its own (I couldn’t keep myself from going back for more), but it has a lot of flavor so the yogurt doesn’t make it taste bland or anything.
It’s also not too hard! Some brittle makes it feel like your teeth are breaking, but this one definitely doesn’t. I was able to break it up with my spoon with no problem as I was eating.
If you don’t have any nut allergies, I would definitely recommend trying this!

This recipe is not only easy to make but also incorporates healthy ingredients like chia seeds, making it a nutritious addition to your diet. Quinoa, known for its protein content, adds a satisfying crunch without overwhelming your taste buds. If you're looking to enhance your meals, try layering the brittle with fresh fruits like berries or bananas to boost flavor and nutrients. When serving, consider drizzling a bit of honey or maple syrup over your yogurt to add a touch of sweetness that contrasts beautifully with the savory brittle. This combination makes for a fantastic breakfast option or a wholesome afternoon snack. Experiment with different yogurt flavors and tailor it to your taste preferences.
