Two step Trader Joe’s faux parfait

This has been a new favorite summer treat of mine lately.

I was eating the sorbet and it is good on its own, but I was craving something more with it- something creamy. I thought why not add my yogurt?! I was a bit nervous because I thought it might not be good, but it is 🤤

It sort of reminds me of cheesecake or of a parfait. It is even better if the yogurt is partially frozen!
