This 2- hour train ride through the snowy Rocky Mountains with #leadvillecolorado railroad 🚂 was absolutely beautiful and was the perfect jump starter to the holiday season! We had the opportunity to enjoy the scenic ride onboard or on the outside deck. I recommend doing both! They offer warm comforting drinks and snacks on board or you can bring your own. The conductor also shared the history of Leadville throughout the ride. If you’re lucky you might even get a chance to see wildlife during the ride.
