🇲🇾Johor|Bee Siang Fish Pot 美香鱼头炉
Came here just for a simple fish pot… ended up with a full table 🤣
The signature fish head soup is super rich and comforting—perfect with rice.
Salted egg prawns, eggplant, pork ribs… every dish just makes you eat more 🍚
2 pax but we went all out. Definitely coming back again!
During my visit to Bee Siang Fish Pot at Jalan Sutera, I was impressed not only by their signature fish head pot but also by the diverse range of dishes that complemented the meal perfectly. What stood out most was that the fish head, initially seeming to lack meat, proved otherwise with its flavorful richness and generous portions. The soup is refillable, which adds great value and comfort during the meal. Among the dishes, the Pork Ribs King, minced meat eggplant, and double-flavored chicken offered a delightful variety of textures and tastes. The double-flavored chicken was a personal favorite, showcasing two distinct flavors that each brought something unique to the palate. Equally tempting were the salted egg yolk prawns and the Golden Sand Tofu, both offering deep, savory notes that paired beautifully with steamed rice. For those who love seafood, the 18.80 HK-style steamed sea bass available for May is a must-try—simple, fresh, and delicious. The fried egg with prawns rounded out the meal perfectly, being both comforting and satisfying without overwhelming the senses. Every bite at Bee Siang is a joy, with the friendly ambiance enhancing the overall dining experience. I’m already planning my next visit to explore the rest of their menu, confident that each dish will bring its own delightful surprises. If you’re in Johor and craving authentic, hearty Malaysian flavors centered around fresh fish pot dishes, Bee Siang Fish Pot should be on your list.
