My eyes won’t focus because I’ve been glued to my electronic devices, but at least my skin is clear and I was able to actually sit up for a little bit so I can braid my hair!! Showering isn’t really an option for me right now so I feel hella nasty. I’m working up the ability to stand for more than 30 seconds. So far my record is 15!! And I was able to walk a little today!
Grabbed some turkey out of my fridge and indulged in some yummy fruits!

Experiencing anxiety and health concerns is something many face, especially during medical procedures like MRIs. It's essential to acknowledge and address feelings of nervousness while seeking comfort in simple pleasures. Engaging in activities that bring joy, such as playing video games like Stardew Valley, can serve as a great distraction. Adequate self-care during challenging times is vital, including staying nourished with fruits and healthy meals. It's also okay to allow yourself to express emotions; swearing can sometimes provide an unexpected release of stress. Connecting with others undergoing similar experiences can foster a sense of community and support. Remember, it's okay to feel vulnerable but also important to cling to hope for a brighter outcome.
