From Polish to Progress 3 Months
This nail set may look cute and simple, but here’s what’s really behind it — I’ve been helping my mom’s nail shop for the past 3 months since June. She hadn’t raised prices since Covid, so I stepped in to help increase service value, introduce trending nail designs, bring in new accessories, and even run a back-to-school promo (10% off any service).
It’s been a journey of effort, learning, and real growth — both for the business and for me. 💪🏽💅🏽
