As a massive fan of Fruits Basket, few characters capture my heart quite like Yuki Sohma and Hatsuharu Sohma. Lately, I've been diving deep into the world of cosplay, and bringing Yuki and Haru to life was an absolute dream come true! Yuki Sohma, the 'Prince' of the school and the Rat of the Zodiac, is a character many initially see as perfect and untouchable. But what truly resonates with me is his hidden vulnerability and deep-seated insecurities. Behind that charming smile is a boy struggling with loneliness, self-worth, and a past scarred by Akito. Watching his journey from feeling trapped and isolated to slowly opening up and finding his own identity, separate from the Zodiac curse, is incredibly powerful. His friendship with Tohru Honda, in particular, helps him confront his fears and learn to connect with others on a genuine level. When cosplaying Yuki, I always try to convey that delicate balance of his outward composure and his inner turmoil, especially his gentle strength. Then there's Hatsuharu Sohma, the Ox, known for his striking black and white hair and his fascinating dual personality.
