This is in the Prairie Creek redwoods State Park and this whole park is just gorgeous! This is near the Fern Canyon snd we did a lot of hiking in this area This particular trail is 0.3 miles, wheelchair accessible and flat. On all trails it says that you need a pass and I couldn’t find anything
