If you’ve ever wondered what it means to be “in alignment”, think of it like trying to pour water into a cup. If the water is splashing everywhere, nothing really gets inside the cup.

Now imagine that you are the water, and the cup is your spiritual alignment. When you’re not doing the things you love (the water), it causes you to feel empty inside (because the water doesn’t fill the cup). So, to be in alignment is to do what lifts your spirits. It’s about doing the things that fulfill you because when you’re fulfilled it’s a sign you’re on the right faith, speaking the language of your souls desires.
