Carry On Essentials Under $5

This time we’re gonna give Walgreen’s their flowers. The travel needs section is always top tier! Like let’s be forreal. It’s TSA friendly (3.4 fl oz or less) and most of it is less than $5. You know we love a good mini that we can toss in our bag last minute 😂

Skincare is still super important on vacation . If not more important than at home. You’re in a new environment and only God knows how your skin will react. So it’s important to pack gentle products .

✨CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion. It is soooo good. It has hyaluronic acid and ceramides. So it’s super hydrating on the skin.

✨CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser. It’s gentle enough for daily use and definitely gets the job done! Cleanses the skin without drying it out.

✨Eucerin Intensive Repair Lotion. Another great lotion. This is perfect for the body and face. This one is super thick and hydrating. If you are a dry skin girl or traveling to super hot/ cold climates this perfect for protecting the skin .

... Read moreHeading to Mexico soon, especially an all-inclusive resort? You know the drill – sun, sand, and maybe a little too much fun can wreak havoc on your skin and overall well-being if you're not prepared! That’s why I always hit up Walgreens for my travel essentials. Their 'Travel Finds Walgreens Edition' section is a goldmine for budget-friendly, TSA-approved items, and trust me, they make a HUGE difference for a Mexico trip. First off, let’s talk about skincare. In Mexico’s sun and humidity, your skin goes through a lot. That’s why I swear by gentle yet effective products. The CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion (yes, the travel-sized one that’s usually under $5!) is a lifesaver. It’s packed with hyaluronic acid and ceramides which are perfect for hydrating your skin after a day in the sun or swimming in the ocean/pool. And let’s not forget the CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser. This cleanser is a must-have because it removes all the sunscreen, sweat, and environmental impurities without stripping your skin. It’s gentle enough for daily use, even if your skin is feeling a bit sensitive from the change in climate. I've found that keeping my skin barrier happy with these products prevents breakouts and dryness, which nobody wants on vacation! For those extra dry spots, or if you've had a little too much sun, the Eucerin Intensive Repair Lotion is another fantastic find. This one is super rich and thick, making it ideal for soothing sun-kissed skin or combating any dryness from air conditioning or repeated showers. It’s perfect for both body and face, and a little goes a long way. These lotions are truly essential for keeping your skin feeling comfortable and looking healthy throughout your trip, especially if you're spending a lot of time outdoors at an all-inclusive resort. Beyond just skincare, don't forget other vital Walgreens travel finds. A travel-sized broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) is non-negotiable for Mexico – reapply often! I also grab a small aloe vera gel or after-sun lotion at Walgreens, just in case. And for that extra peace of mind, a mini first-aid kit with band-aids, pain relievers, and motion sickness tablets can be a trip saver. Walgreens truly has all the compact versions you need to travel smart and stay safe on your Mexican adventure, all without breaking your vacation budget.
