I usually don’t use this as a digital diary but heyyyyyyyyy , we’re all friends here right ?
June was such a strange month for me. It was beautiful and chaotic and eye opening. I am grateful for everything because it gave me time to reflect. I am now aware of things that are no longer serving me and it’s time to let go. It’s crazy because as a yoga teacher I’m always telling my students to let go of what’s not serving them. But June forced me to really practice what I preach .
Though I am happy for all of the growth June awarded me , I am hopeful that July will bring peace and healing .
