2025 and my body

I’ve been giving a lot of thought to the changes I want to make in 2025 as I approach my 55th trip around the Sun.

I want to be more thoughtful and kind when I talk to my body. I am grateful for all she has done for me.

She birthed 3 healthy children.

She has brought me through a lot of heartache.

She has held hands of sick people at my job.

Has helped me in a career I love.

I need to speak to her like I love and appreciate her. Nurture her and be more gentle with her.

In 2025 I want to celebrate all she has done for me. I love her just as she is today and I look forward to treating her better.
