Anatomy and Physiology

Channels I used to get As in Anatomy and Physiology 1 and 2 with the hardest professor on campus for both classes.

Anatomy hero: labs make so much more sense with this. Never got less than an A on any lab practical. From histology to bones, this is the one.

Ninja Nerd. He explains concepts so thoroughly and makes it fun.

Scientist Cindy: has practice labs to make sure you can actually identify all of the landmarks you THINK you know.

Professor Long. He is dry but he did a lot of great videos during Covid that carried me through when I really didn’t understand material.

Best of luck to you.

... Read moreBased on my experience tackling the most difficult Anatomy and Physiology professors, supplementing your study routine with focused video content can dramatically improve understanding and grades. For example, Anatomy Hero breaks down complex lab concepts, covering everything from histology to bony landmarks, which made hands-on practicals much more manageable and less intimidating. Ninja Nerd’s engaging approach brings anatomy and physiology to life with thorough explanations that turn dry material into interesting content. This helped me stay motivated and deepen my conceptual knowledge beyond memorization. Scientist Cindy offers valuable practice labs and review sessions that ensure you’re able to accurately identify anatomical landmarks, a skill critical for exams and clinical applications alike. Professor Long’s comprehensive lecture videos, especially those created during the COVID period, were a lifesaver when I needed clearer explanations and reinforcement of challenging topics. While his style can be more straightforward, the depth and clarity helped fill gaps that textbooks didn’t address well. I recommend integrating these channels into a balanced study plan that includes textbook reading, lab practice, and active recall. Utilizing diverse learning resources not only prepares you for tough professors but also builds a deeper, practical understanding necessary for nursing prerequisites and beyond. Remember, regular review and hands-on practice are key to mastering anatomy and physiology. Best of luck on your journey!
