It feels luxurious and warm as soon as you step in. The interior is mainly wood and copper, and meet "Copper Cask." The giant copper tank that towers in the middle of the store is the symbol of this store, along with a coffee pipeline that goes across the ceiling, amazing to everyone who visits. Another special thing is that this is Starbucks' first large-scale coffee roaster in Asia. You'll see a fresh roasting process of coffee beans from great quality around the world with a fragrance that goes all over the store. ☕️

ถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา “Starbucks เซี่ยงไฮ้ใหญ่ที่สุด” หรือ “Starbucks Reserve Roastery Shanghai” แล้วกำลังลังเลว่าควรไปไหม—จากที่ไปมา บอกเลยว่ามันไม่ใช่แค่ร้านกาแฟ แต่เป็นเหมือนแลนด์มาร์กสำหรับสายคาเฟ่และสายถ่ายรูป เพราะพื้นที่ใหญ่ เดินเพลิน และมีมุมให้ดู “การคั่วกาแฟ” แบบจริงจัง ทริคของผมคือให้ไปช่วงเช้าใกล้เวลาเปิด (ประมาณ 07.00–09.00) คนจะยังไม่แน่นมาก เดินถ่ายโซน Copper Cask ได้สบาย ๆ และได้กลิ่นกาแฟคั่วหอม ๆ ทั่วร้านแบบเต็มอรรถรส แต่ถ้าไปบ่าย-เย็น โดยเฉพาะวันหยุด อาจต้องเผื่อเวลาเข้าคิวสั่งเครื่องดื่มและหาที่นั่งหน่อยครับ เรื่อง “วิธีเดินทาง” ถ้าใช้ Metro ให้ลงสถานี West Nanjing Road สาย 2 หรือ 13 แล้วออกทางออก 2 เดินต่อไม่นานก็ถึง ตัวร้านอยู่แถว 789 West Nanjing Road (เขต Jing’an) โลเคชันดีมาก เพราะอยู่กลางเมือง สามารถแพลนต่อไปเดินช้อปหรือคาเฟ่ฮอปปิ้งได้เลย เมนูที่หลายคนถามถึง เวลาไปถึงผมแนะนำให้ดูเมนู Reserve ก่อน เพราะบางอย่างไม่ได้มีทุกสาขา เช่น Nitro Cold Brew (เนื้อสัมผัสจะนุ่ม ๆ เหมือนมีฟองครีม) หรือ Affogato ที่ราดช็อตเอสเพรสโซ่บนเจลาโต้ หวานขมกำลังดี ถ้าไม่ได้อยากกาแฟหนัก ๆ โซน Teavana ก็เป็นตัวเลือกที่สนุก เพราะเป็นชาที่ทำออกมาแบบโมเดิร์น แต่ยังมีความเป็นชาแนวจีนผสมอยู่ อีกอย่างที่ห้ามพลาดคือ Princi Bakery ในร้านเดียวกัน ผมชอบไปดูตู้ขนมก่อนแล้วค่อยสั่งกาแฟ เพราะจะได้จับคู่รสชาติได้ง่าย ครัวซองต์กับของอบบางอย่างจะหมดไวในช่วงคนเยอะ แนะนำว่าถ้าเล็งไว้ให้หยิบก่อนครับ ส่วนคำถามยอดฮิตอย่าง “แก้วสตาร์บัคเซี่ยงไฮ้” โดยปกติสาขานี้จะมีของที่ระลึก/แก้วลายเมืองหรือธีม Roastery ให้เลือก (แล้วแต่ช่วงและสต็อก) ถ้าอยากได้จริง ๆ ผมแนะนำให้แวะดูโซนสินค้าเลยตั้งแต่เข้าร้าน เพราะบางลายหมดเร็วมาก โดยเฉพาะช่วงท่องเที่ยวพีค ๆ สรุปคือ ถ้ามาเซี่ยงไฮ้และอยากได้ประสบการณ์สตาร์บัคส์ที่ “อลังการ” กว่าสาขาทั่วไป ที่นี่เป็นจุดเช็กอินที่คุ้มเวลา ทั้งบรรยากาศ ความตื่นตาจากระบบโรงคั่ว และเมนูพิเศษที่ทำให้ทริปสนุกขึ้นครับ
