Hidden cafe in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui with a popular waterfront corner that everyone has to visit, Cupping Room, the Harbour City branch, located on the 3rd floor of the Ocean Centre, is one of the few cafes in the mall that has a wide-open view of Victoria Harbour, with water, boats and the Hong Kong skyline changing throughout the day.

The area of this branch of the Cupping Room is not very large, but it is positioned next to a large mirror facing the bay, combined with the natural light of the store's hero, especially late to afternoon, that softly reflects the surface of the water into the store, making the atmosphere more relaxed than it seems. The corner of the glass seat is a place where people stop by for longer than usual. It is a cafe that is suitable for staying during the Harbor City walk or stopping by on the way after a day's walk. 🪟

Cupping Room is a serious coffee shop with its own coffee beans and roasts. The menu focuses mainly on coffee, but it also has snacks and a bakery that goes along with the view. Many people choose to sit here because they want a good coffee and a no-rush atmosphere like the cafe in another shopping zone of the mall. It's a balancing stop between urbanism and the stillness of the ocean view.

ถ้าเสิร์ชคำว่า Cupping Room แล้วกำลังลังเลว่าจะไปสาขาไหนดี บอกเลยว่าสาขา Harbour City เป็นสาขาที่ฉันชอบมาก เพราะ “วิว” ชนะขาดจริง ๆ แม้อยู่ในห้าง แต่พอเดินเข้ามาแล้วเจอกระจกบานใหญ่ที่หันออกอ่าววิคตอเรีย มันให้ฟีลเหมือนนั่งคาเฟ่ริมทะเลแบบไม่ต้องออกไปเจอลมหนาวข้างนอก ทริคเล็ก ๆ สำหรับการไป Cupping Room Harbour City: ถ้าอยากได้ที่นั่งริมหน้าต่าง แนะนำไปช่วงเช้าหรือก่อนบ่ายแก่ ๆ คนจะยังไม่แน่นมาก พอช่วงเย็นใกล้พระอาทิตย์ตก แสงจะสวยขึ้นแบบเห็นได้ชัด แต่ที่นั่งยอดฮิตก็จะเต็มเร็วเหมือนกัน ฉันมักเลือกนั่งริมกระจกแล้วปล่อยให้เวลาไหลไป ดูเรือแล่นผ่านไปมา เพลินจนลืมว่าเดี๋ยวต้องกลับไปเดินช้อปต่อ เรื่องกาแฟของ Cupping Room คือเขาจริงจังพอสมควร เห็นได้จากเคาน์เตอร์และบาริสต้าที่ทำงานค่อนข้างเป็นระบบ ถ้าใครเป็นสายกาแฟ แนะนำให้ลองถามเมล็ดที่กำลังแนะนำในวันนั้น หรือเลือกเมนูที่โชว์รสเมล็ดชัด ๆ (เช่น กาแฟดำ/ฟิลเตอร์ถ้ามี) ส่วนใครที่อยากได้เครื่องดื่มอื่น ๆ ก็มีเมนูเย็นให้เลือก และแก้ว/โลโก้ “CR cuppingroom.hk” นี่ถือเป็นซิกเนเจอร์ที่ถ่ายรูปออกมาสวยดี อีกอย่างที่ฉันชอบคือมีของกลับบ้านอย่าง drip bags และสินค้ากาแฟวางให้ดู ถ้าวันไหนไม่ได้มีเวลานั่งนาน ก็ยังซื้อกลับไปชงที่โรงแรมได้ เหมาะกับทริปฮ่องกงที่ตารางแน่น ๆ มาก การเดินทาง: นั่ง MTR มาลง Tsim Sha Tsui แล้วเดินเข้าห้าง Harbour City จากนั้นไปโซน Ocean Centre ขึ้นมาชั้น 3 จะเจอร้านไม่ยาก (แนะนำเผื่อเวลาเดินในห้างนิดนึง เพราะ Harbour City ใหญ่มาก) ถ้าแพลนจะรอดู Symphony of Lights ตอนเย็น การมานั่งพักที่ Cupping Room ก่อนถือว่าเวิร์กสุด ๆ ได้ทั้งกาแฟดี ๆ และวิวอ่าววิคตอเรียแบบเต็มตา เป็นจุดพักที่ช่วยรีเซ็ตพลังระหว่างวันได้จริง
