ถ้าใครกำลังเสิร์ชหา “cloud matcha อุดร” แล้วลังเลว่าจะคุ้มไหม ขอสรุปประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวแบบละเอียดขึ้นอีกนิด เผื่อช่วยตัดสินใจได้ง่ายขึ้นค่ะ อย่างแรกที่รู้สึกได้ตั้งแต่เดินเข้าไปคือร้านให้ฟีลคลีนๆ สบายตา โทนขาวมินิมอลและแสงธรรมชาติค่อนข้างสวย (แนะนำไปช่วงเช้าหรือบ่ายต้นๆ แสงจะนุ่ม ถ่ายแก้วมัทฉะแล้วสีเขียวเด้งมาก) บรรยากาศเงียบกำลังดี เหมาะทั้งมานั่งพักใจ ทำงานเบาๆ หรือมานั่งคุยกับเพื่อนแบบไม่วุ่นวาย ไฮไลต์ที่คนถามถึงเยอะสุดคือ Matcha Einspänner หรือที่หลายคนเรียกติดปากว่า “Cloud Matcha” ของร้านนี้ จุดเด่นคือเลเยอร์ชัดมาก—ด้านล่างเป็นมัทฉะเข้มข้น กลิ่นหอมแบบชาเขียวจริงๆ ไม่แต่งกลิ่นจนเกินไป แล้วท็อปด้วยครีมนุ่มฟูที่ช่วยบาลานซ์ความเข้มให้ละมุนขึ้น เวลาดื่มแนะนำเหมือนที่ร้านบอกเลยคือ “ไม่ต้องใช้หลอด” ให้จิบจากปากแก้ว จะได้ครีมกับมัทฉะเข้ามาพร้อมกัน รสจะกลมกว่าและได้เทกซ์เจอร์เต็มๆ ถ้าใครไม่ค่อยกินหวาน แนะนำให้ลองขอหวานน้อย (ถ้าทางร้านปรับได้) เพราะครีมจะมีความหวานอ่อนๆ อยู่แล้ว พอรวมกับมัทฉะจะกำลังพอดี แต่ถ้าเป็นสายหวานก็จะถูกใจ เพราะครีมทำให้ดื่มง่ายและนุ่มมาก นอกจากมัทฉะ ที่นี่มีเมนูกาแฟพื้นฐานให้เลือกทั้งคั่วกลาง/คั่วเข้ม และยังมีเครื่องดื่ม Non-Coffee แนวสดชื่นๆ เหมาะกับวันที่อุดรอากาศร้อน ส่วนขนมเบเกอรีบนเคาน์เตอร์เป็นอีกอย่างที่อยากให้เผื่อท้องไว้ลอง เพราะหยิบมากินคู่กับมัทฉะแล้วช่วยตัดรส ทำให้มู้ดคาเฟ่คอมพลีตขึ้น ทริคเล็กๆ สำหรับสายถ่ายรูป: ลองเลือกมุมโต๊ะไม้ใกล้หน้าร้านหรือโซนที่แสงตกกระทบแก้ว จะเห็นชั้นมัทฉะเข้มกับครีมนุ่มฟูชัดมาก และโลโก้เมฆสีฟ้าบนแก้วเป็นพร็อพที่ทำให้รูปดูน่ารักขึ้นทันที สรุปคือ ถ้าตั้งใจมาลอง Cloud Matcha อุดร ที่ CLOUD Coffee ส่วนตัวคิดว่าไม่ผิดหวัง ทั้งรสชาติ บรรยากาศ และความพิถีพิถันของร้าน เหมาะเป็นพิกัดแวะเช็กอินในเมืองอุดรฯ แบบสบายๆ ก่อนออกไปทำธุระหรือเที่ยวต่อค่ะ
