FourB เป็นอีกหนึ่งคาเฟ่ที่ผมประทับใจมากเมื่อได้มีโอกาสไปเยือนย่านกวางฮวามุน กรุงโซล ในความคิดของผม ที่นี่ไม่ใช่แค่คาเฟ่ธรรมดา แต่คือที่ที่เราจะสัมผัสได้ถึงความใส่ใจในทุกรายละเอียดตั้งแต่การเลือกวัตถุดิบ จนถึงการบริการ เบเกิลที่นี่อบสดใหม่ทุกเช้า ทำให้ได้เนื้อสัมผัสที่เหนียวนุ่มและผิวนอกกรอบกำลังดี รสชาติของเบเกิลนั้นเรียบง่ายแต่มีความลึกซึ้ง เพราะใช้วัตถุดิบคุณภาพสูงร่วมกับเทคนิคการอบที่ละเอียดอ่อน ผมชอบมากเวลาทานคู่กับครีมชีสรสพิเศษของร้าน อย่างรสฟิก (Fig) ที่มีความหวานอมเปรี้ยวเล็กน้อยตัดกับความเค็มเบา ๆ ของเบเกิลได้อย่างลงตัว การได้เห็นพนักงานเตรียมอาหารในครัวแบบเปิดยังช่วยเพิ่มความรู้สึกมั่นใจในความสะอาดและความตั้งใจในสูตรอาหารอีกด้วย นอกจากเบเกิลแล้ว งานกาแฟที่นี่ก็มีคุณภาพดีมาก โดยเฉพาะเมนู Flat White ที่สกัดออกมารสชาตินุ่มละมุน กลิ่นกาแฟหอมกรุ่นสะท้อนถึงความตั้งใจในการเลือกเมล็ดกาแฟและการคั่วบดอย่างดี การได้จิบกาแฟกลิ่นหอมท่ามกลางแสงธรรมชาติที่ลอดผ่านกระจกใหญ่ของร้าน ทำให้บรรยากาศการพักผ่อนดูเรียบง่ายแต่เต็มไปด้วยความสุขเล็ก ๆ ในวันธรรมดา พอพูดถึงการตกแต่งร้าน FourB เลือกใช้วัสดุไม้และสไตล์มินิมอลที่เน้นความโปร่งโล่ง ส่งผลให้รู้สึกสบายใจ มีพื้นที่ให้ถ่ายรูปสวยหลายมุม และยังช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศผ่อนคลายท่ามกลางความวุ่นวายในเมืองใหญ่ การเดินทางก็สะดวกสบายด้วยรถไฟใต้ดินสาย 5 สถานีกวางฮวามุนทางออก 4 ที่เดินแค่ 2 นาที ถึงตัวร้าน สำหรับผู้ที่กำลังวางแผนท่องเที่ยวโซลและต้องการแวะพักดื่มกาแฟหรือทานเบเกิลสด ๆ ผมแนะนำ FourB อย่างยิ่ง เพราะไม่เพียงแต่ได้อิ่มอร่อยกับขนมและกาแฟดี ๆ แต่ยังได้สัมผัสบรรยากาศและพลังบวกที่ทำให้รู้สึกสดชื่นและพร้อมลุยต่อไปในวันใหม่
