ที่ Maru Dessert House นอกจากจะได้เพลิดเพลินกับบรรยากาศมินิมอลและมุมถ่ายรูปเก๋ๆ แล้ว ขนมหวานและเครื่องดื่มที่นี่ยังเป็นอีกหนึ่งความประทับใจที่ไม่ควรพลาด โดยเฉพาะเมนูพาเฟ่ต์ที่มีการจัดเลเยอร์อย่างพิถีพิถัน ทั้งสีสันและรสชาติลงตัว เพิ่มเติมความลงตัวด้วย Homemade Fresh Chocolate ที่รสเข้มข้นแต่ไม่หวานเลี่ยน ให้ความรู้สึกฟินจนต้องสั่งเพิ่ม ผมชอบจุดที่ร้านเลือกใช้วัตถุดิบคุณภาพสูงและการตกแต่งจานที่ดูสะอาดตา เรียกว่าแค่ได้เห็นก็เพิ่มอรรถรสของการกินแล้ว นอกจากนี้การตั้งอยู่บนชั้น 55 ทำให้ได้เห็นวิวเมืองกรุงเทพฯ สวย ๆ ทั่วๆ ไปไม่ค่อยจะมีประสบการณ์แบบนี้ในคาเฟ่ทั่วๆ ไป ผมแนะนำให้ลองมาในช่วงบ่ายถึงเย็น โดยเฉพาะเวลาประมาณ 5 โมงเย็น จะได้บรรยากาศชมพระอาทิตย์ตกและแสงไฟในเมืองบางส่วน คงเป็นประสบการณ์ที่เหมาะกับการมานั่งคิดงาน อ่านหนังสือ หรือนั่งคุยกับเพื่อนในวันสบายๆ อีกมุมหนึ่งที่ผมประทับใจคือบรรยากาศร้านที่อบอุ่นและมีความเป็นกันเอง ด้วยโทนสีขาวสะอาดตาและเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้แบบเกาหลี มุมปลั๊กไฟสำหรับทำงานและมุมโซฟาสบายๆ ช่วยให้เลือกนั่งได้ตามสไตล์ของตัวเอง ภายในร้านยังตกแต่งด้วยตัวการ์ตูนสีขาวน่ารัก ที่ช่วยสร้างความรู้สึกสดใสและผ่อนคลาย ถ้าคุณเป็นคนที่รักวิวสวยๆ และชอบคาเฟ่มินิมอลที่เน้นความเรียบง่ายแต่มีสไตล์ Maru Dessert House ที่อยู่บนชั้น 55 ของอาคารเอ็มไพร์ ทาวเวอร์ ย่านสาทร ร้านนี้จะต้องเป็นตัวเลือกที่น่าสนใจครับ
