Why raspberry leaf tea during pregnancy?🤰

📚Recent studies have shown that there is truth behind the advice of raspberry leafy tea in the third trimester of pregnancy when taken after full term!

It can help overall shorten labor (mostly the second phase/ active labor) and decrease the need for interventions and negative outcomes.

There are so many ways to enjoy it too, it doesn’t have to be straight hot tea. Instead you can also brew, cool and make iced drinks.

Some of my favorite mixers include

⭐️ Lemonade

⭐️ Peach Nectar

⭐️ Cran x Raspberry

Try them independently or better yet combine them together for a fun little concoction!

🫶🏼It’s always important to remember though that not everything is a guarantee and if it causes you more stress to do something that “helps” it is not necessary! Do what brings you happiness and comfort especially in those last few weeks.

Moreover, this herbal tea is renowned for its organic properties and caffeine-free profile, making it an excellent choice for those seeking comfortable, natural options during pregnancy. There are various ways to enjoy raspberry leaf tea beyond the classic hot brew. It can be iced or combined with other flavorful mixers like lemonade, peach nectar, or a cranberry-raspberry blend, providing refreshing options to suit different preferences. It’s essential, however, to listen to your body when incorporating this tea into your routine, ensuring that it contributes positively to your overall well-being. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplements during pregnancy.
