Self Reminders
Everyday I try to be my own biggest cheerleader.
You might not have someone there to remind you everyday or during all your down moments so being there for YOURSELF is a real thing.
You can literally look yourself in the mirror and say "You're really the shit" "You can do this" "I love you" "You're going to get through this"
Do you struggle with self motivation & self affirmation?
What are some self affirmations you say to yourself?
How do you stay motivated?
I often remind myself why I do what I do to stay motivated.
I sometimes look at some of my favorite pictures of myself to feel better too. (But sometimes it can also make me feel bad)

In a world where external validation can sometimes feel fleeting, cultivating self-affirmation and motivation can transform your daily mindset. Affirmations such as "Note to self: You the shit mama" serve as powerful reminders of your worth and capabilities. Establishing a routine for personal affirmations can shift your perspective, making you more resilient against challenges. By looking in the mirror and verbalizing positive messages to yourself, you can reinforce a strong sense of self-love and acceptance. Furthermore, exploring visual cues, such as cherished memories captured in photographs, plays a significant role in uplifting our spirits. These images can act as tangible representations of our achievements, reminding us of the joy and strength we possess. Additionally, engaging in community discussions with hashtags like #selfmotivation and #mentalhealth can inspire heightened self-awareness and shared experiences. Embracing these habits not only bolsters your self-esteem but also fosters a supportive environment for others, creating a ripple effect of positivity and encouragement. Overall, prioritize self-encouragement in your daily life, and you may discover that you are your most reliable source of motivation.
