Once I started using a potato peeler to make pickled ginger 🫚 I fell in love with the process :) … compared to me attempting to slice it thin with a Knife or other tool lol… just take a regular potato peeler to the ginger knob and attack it from any angle and they don’t need to be symmetrical… and just throw them in some rice vinegar and they will soak it up almost instantly ! Better than any store bought!
This bowl is great with crunchy lettuce and on a bed of quinoa really rounds out everything you need in a meal 🍽️ 🌈
