Who will be loyal on my channel
Day 1 till I start earning and getting more followers
Starting a streaming channel can be both exciting and challenging, especially when trying to build a loyal audience from scratch. Based on my experience and observations, one of the biggest hurdles in those initial days is attracting consistent viewers. It's common to stream frequently but still see low or zero viewership initially. However, perseverance is key. From day one, focusing on producing content that resonates with your target audience is essential. Engage authentically with any viewers, even if there are just a few, as meaningful interaction encourages viewers to return. Also, having a schedule to stream on consistent days helps potential followers know when to tune in. The data from recent streams shows averages of around 75 viewers during six streams over unique days, but also some days with zero viewers. This reflects the typical fluctuation most new streamers face. It’s important to not get discouraged by zero or low viewership days — those are part of the growth journey. Another important aspect is understanding platform policies and partnership requirements. Certain platforms have criteria related to viewership, content quality, and engagement before granting partnership status. Meeting these criteria not only validates your channel but can unlock monetization opportunities. Building loyalty goes beyond numbers; it’s about community. Encouraging chat interaction, responding to comments on videos-on-demand (VODs), and creating content that invites discussion can foster a dedicated follower base. Additionally, promoting your channel on other social media platforms can help attract an established audience. Remember, authenticity and passion shine through in streams, attracting viewers who genuinely care about the content. Slowly, with patience and consistent effort, your channel will transition from those early days of zero viewers to meaningful growth and earnings. Keep focusing on your content quality, follow platform guidelines, and engage your viewers to build loyalty over time.
