The breakfast at Mitsui Garden Hotel in Minato Mirai, Yokohama was too wonderful, so I will share it!
Mitsui Garden Hotel Minato Mirai is a 5-minute walk from Minato Mirai Subway Station.
It was great as a hotel, but the morning of the restaurant was too great 😆
The biggest feature is "Premium French Toast"
The fluffy and savory French toast served one by one is crispy on the surface and the bread inside is fluffy. The taste is quite sweet, and if you eat it with the jam that comes with it, the sweet and sour taste of the jam and the sweetness of the French toast match exquisitely and you can eat as much as you like w
All other dishes using high-quality ingredients are also delicious, with local production for local consumption, and it is also nice to be served with shumai, mapo tofu, and Chinese buns ☺️
Because it was a hotel, consideration for children was perfect, calm, and fun breakfast time 😆
By the way, French toast was of course delicious, but "Soy milk and banana smoothie" in the drink corner was unusually delicious and I won 🏆

実際に行ってみて「朝食ビュッフェって結局なにがあるの？」が一番気になったので、メニュー面をもう少し具体的に補足します。RISTORANTE E’VOLTA Unico Polo（横浜みなとみらいプレミア店）の朝は、いわゆる“ホテルの定番”だけじゃなくて、横浜っぽいラインナップが混ざっているのが良かったです。 まず名物のプレミアムフレンチトースト。ビュッフェ台に山積み…というより、焼きたてを1皿ずつ出してくれるスタイルで、粉砂糖がふわっとかかって見た目から強いです。甘さはしっかりなので、途中でジャムやドリンク（私は豆乳とバナナのスムージー推し）で口をリセットしながら食べると、何皿でもいけそうでした。 ビュッフェの食事系は、地産地消を意識した料理が多い印象。サラダバーは野菜が新鮮で、朝からちゃんと整う感じがあります。温かいメニューも幅広く、麻婆豆腐やカレー、グリル系など「朝から満足感がほしい人」向け。横浜中華街を連想する蒸し器に入った焼売や中華まんがあるのも、旅行気分が上がるポイントでした。 甘いもの好きならデザートコーナーも要チェック。ドーナツやミニケーキ、ペストリー系が並んでいて、コーヒーマシンと合わせて“朝のカフェ時間”が作れます。自分で作れる系（パンケーキマシンみたいなもの）もあって、家族連れだと盛り上がりやすいと思います。 あと、検索でよく見かける「ロビーってどんな感じ？」について。ホテルのロビー＆レセプションは広めで新しく、朝の時間帯でもごちゃつきにくい印象でした。みなとみらい駅から徒歩5分という立地もあって、観光前に朝食をしっかり食べたい日にはかなり便利。 子連れ目線だと、座席の種類が多いのが助かりました。テーブル席だけじゃなくボックス席やソファ席もあって、キッズチェアも用意されていたので、落ち着いて食べやすいです。モーニングは宿泊客優先で混みやすいので、できれば早めの時間に行く・食べたいもの（フレンチトーストやスムージー）は最初に確保、が体感ベストでした。 「横浜コンチネンタルホテルの朝食」と迷う人もいると思いますが、こちらは“新しいホテルの快適さ＋名物フレンチトースト＋横浜要素（焼売など）”で選ぶ価値あり。朝食重視で宿を決めるタイプなら、満足度高いと思います。
