Determine the size of your tree based on your window width and height. My tree is 1.7m tall and 1.2m wide at the base.

Place the hooks in a zigzag pattern on the outer edges of the tape. They won’t damage the glass and provide enough grip. Make sure the hooks face opposite directions to hold the garlands and lights securely. Plan the spacing carefully—uneven spacing (like mine) can make the setup a bit tricky.
Step 3: Hang the light strings from top to bottom.
Adjust based on the length of your string lights. If they’re too short (like my 10m string with 80 lights), skip a row or two. This step is flexible—just go with the flow!
Step 4: Connect the garlands.
Most garlands have a wire base—simply twist the ends together to connect. The fluffiness will hide the seams naturally.
Step 5: Hang the garlands from top to bottom.
Leave some slack for easier adjustments. Don’t pull them too tight.
