A free self healing approach
Through my personal journey with free self-healing techniques inspired by Guan Yin Citta, I have experienced remarkable relief from recurring physical ailments and emotional setbacks. The practice focuses on understanding karmic entanglements—negative seeds planted in past lives—and suggests that many present difficulties stem from these unresolved debts. By regularly reciting specific mantras and offering so-called "Little Houses," practitioners like myself work to offset karmic debts and ease both physical discomfort and emotional turmoil. I vividly recall struggling with chronic wrist pain and insomnia, conditions that persisted despite conventional treatments. Upon integrating Guan Yin Citta’s practices—especially the rhythmic recitation of the "Mantra to Untie Negative Karmic Knots"—my symptoms gradually diminished. This approach emphasizes compassion and spiritual cultivation, helping transform feelings of anger, sadness, or revenge into forgiveness and understanding. One unexpected benefit was noticing positive shifts in relationships. Conflicts that once seemed insurmountable softened, as those around me began responding with more kindness and patience. The practice also fosters awareness about spiritual connections with karmic creditors—often individuals or spirits linked through life events—which, when addressed with merit accumulation via sacred texts, promote healing on deeper levels. I appreciate that this self-healing method is accessible, requiring no cost and adaptable to daily life. It empowers people to take charge of their healing from a spiritual perspective, enriching physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Though it may appear complex at first, joining group meetings or using free templates enhances understanding for those starting out. Overall, this approach invites us to see beyond the material world, embrace spiritual wisdom, and courageously face life’s trials with compassion and faith.
