🍓 Better Than Store-Bought Strawberry Ice Cream 🍓
This homemade Strawberry Ninja Creami Ice Cream is made with real strawberries for a bright, fresh strawberry flavor you just can’t get from store-bought ice cream. 🍓
Fresh strawberries are pureed and blended with heavy cream, sugar, a little lemon juice, and xanthan gum to create an incredibly creamy frozen dessert with vibrant berry flavor in every bite.
🍓 Strawberry Prep
How to wash your berries:
1. Place the strawberries in a large bowl and cover them with a mixture of water and vinegar.
2. Gently stir the berries, then let them sit for about 10 minutes.
3. Add a small amount of baking soda to help loosen any remaining dirt or residue.
4. Rinse the strawberries thoroughly with clean water.
5. Dry the berries well before removing the stems and pureeing them (helps prevent ice).

**Makes 2 Creami pints**
16 – 32 oz pureed strawberries (approx. 1–2 packages)
⅔ cup sugar
½ tsp xanthan gum
2 cups heavy cream
2 tsp lemon juice
1. Puree the prepared strawberries until smooth, then combine with the remaining ingredients.
2. Divide the mixture between two Ninja Creami pint containers, staying below the MAX FILL line.
3. Freeze the prepared Creami pints 24 hours before processing according to your Ninja Creami machine’s instructions.
The result is smooth, rich, refreshing, and unmistakably strawberry — without relying on artificial strawberry flavoring. If you love classic strawberry ice cream but want something fresher and more flavorful, this one is hard to beat.
