It’s been such an incredible journey getting to know Piccolo, my mangrove monitor! When I first brought him home, he was quite shy, as many exotic pets can be. The original post showed him in the living room, a temporary spot, but now that he's settled into his dedicated reptile room, his personality is really starting to shine through. For any enthusiast of exotic pets, you understand that building trust with a reptile like Piccolo isn't an overnight process.
