i had an old frame laying around from another project, which gave me the idea of making my own pin display board for all my favorite enamel & button pins. i’ve lost tons of really cool pins over the years because they usually just fall off without a special back to help hold them on. i’ve decided it’s better to display them on my wall instead of always having them on purses/bags.
i took a random cardboard box i had laying around the house, cut it to the size of the glass in the frame, hot glued an old t shirt on it to give the background some contrast, then i arranged the pins as best as possible.
i also plan on making some type of crochet/knit banner just for button pins so i can keep this display board just for enamel pins. i like buying random pins wherever i go, so i need a place to organize & grow my collection!
