Don’t use Click Tech Hub, Im greatly disappointed
My experience with Click Tech Hub was horrible , the service is lacking . Way inferior in comparison to Coursiv and to top it off they are attempting to over charge and not honor their own policy …. @clicktech13 @ClickTec @ClickTech_blog @clicktechhub
😳🧐🤔 Where did @ClickTech13 find these people . If they spent as much time develop in their program as they do trying to snare funds from people who want to cancel the subscription, they may be able to come up with a more effective and impactful course.
After my initial disappointment with Click Tech Hub, I really felt compelled to share more details about why I found their service so lacking, especially compared to others like Coursiv. It wasn't just the refund issue, though that was a major headache. The program itself, which I had hoped would be impactful, frankly felt quite unhelpful. I was looking for something that could genuinely boost my skills, but the content quality and overall support just didn't measure up to my expectations. It felt generic, lacking the depth and practical application I needed, especially given the promises made. Let’s dive a bit deeper into the refund dispute, as it truly exposes some unethical and suspicious practices. When I signed up, the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee was a significant factor, offering peace of mind. However, when I tried to cancel within what I believed was the guarantee period, things got incredibly complicated. My subscription started on November 27th, and the payment in dispute was taken on December 25th. According to their initial emails, they claimed December 25th was within 30 days of November 27th, which mathematically is just incorrect – it's only 28 days! This blatant miscalculation felt like a deliberate attempt to sidestep their own policy. I had to send multiple emails, even on December 25th, to cancel and request a full refund, and it was an uphill battle just to get them to acknowledge their own stated policy. It really makes you question their integrity when they can't even get basic date calculations right. They even tried to suggest I hadn't 'fully explored' the platform, which felt like another tactic to deny my request. This whole ordeal made me realize how crucial it is to thoroughly vet online learning platforms, not just for content but for their customer service and refund policies. While the original article was short, I want to emphasize that the level of support I received was abysmal. It felt like they were more interested in 'snaring funds' from people trying to cancel than in actually providing a quality learning experience. This is a stark contrast to my experience with Coursiv, which has a much more transparent approach and responsive customer service. If you're considering a platform like Click Tech Hub, especially for their AI courses (which many of these queries hint at), please be incredibly cautious and read all terms and conditions, particularly around billing and cancellations. Document everything – every email, every chat, every screenshot of dates and policies. My advice to anyone considering Click Tech Hub is to proceed with extreme caution. The program I encountered was not only unhelpful but also came with frustrating, and what I consider to be, misleading billing and refund practices. Don't let a seemingly attractive trial or guarantee lull you into a false sense of security. Always check independent reviews from various sources, look for detailed accounts, and, if possible, reach out to former students. A truly legitimate and high-quality platform stands by its promises and provides clear, accessible support. My goal in sharing this expanded experience is to help others avoid the same frustration and financial headache I endured. There are many other reputable platforms out there that value their customers and honor their commitments – you just need to do your homework to find them.
