"Found suffering, not fleeing, happy, not resting," the art of the "full heart" people.
Suffering does not run away, happiness does not leave, the art of being "full-hearted."
In a world where everyone scrambles for happiness as if it were the last treasure, many people may forget that "happiness to buy" or "happiness to borrow someone's nose to breathe" is always expensive to pay, different from the happiness of heart training, which costs 0 baht, but is rich in inner wealth.
From the lessons of my life, I crystallized one of the thoughts that became a taproot of standing up: "Physical distress and not running away, and no pleasure."
1. Suffering is for "looking," not for "fleeing."
When suffering knocks on a door, whether it's a physical illness or a mental disturbance that others put forward, running away is not the solution, because the more you escape, the more you haunt it. The real heart training is to "recognize, acknowledge, but not accept," looking at it as just a past temporary phenomenon to test our stillness. When we don't relegate, we start to see hidden lessons in that bitter taste.
2. Happiness is for "knowing," not for "lost."
When life reaches its peak, there is praise or success in front of it. I always remind myself, "Don't be stunned," because happiness has a deadline like suffering. If we fill a hollow heart with worldly success, it will never be filled. A full-hearted person is someone who knows that true happiness is simple and does not have to rely on something outside to confirm his identity.
3. Be a "big tree" with its own deadline.
I chose to be a big tree that sprawled to give shade to those who stopped by without asking for any compliment or benefit. I simply didn't drop a branch on the head of the residents, but that didn't mean anyone could do anything to us. I learned to set a "deadline" for myself, choose to be with those who support and leave those who are undermined outside the line.
4. Who lives it?..Who's your karma?
In the end, I understand that peace is a personal job. We can't take away lessons for anyone. The person whose heart is hollow and tries to fill everything down is not full. He will face karma and self-learning one day, so I choose to remain silent and observe on the spot where I stand, not to break the line of anyone's karma, and not to let anyone's karma break our mind.
"Because everything comes for a moment." Understanding this truth, the heart used to be lighter, and that is the true wealth I discovered.
