If you have a story with a writer, he will hit your soul and your intelligence. "
It is an analogy of the power of what each person practices; boxers use the body as a tool; writers and poets use language, thought, and perspective on humans as tools; these people often look deeply at the world, see what is hidden under people's behavior, feelings, and lives, so they can create words or works that are heartbreaking and change people's perspective.
But true depth is not meant to overcome or harm others; for the wise does not use thought as a weapon; he uses it as a light to himself and others.
The teaching of the teacher, who said that this generation has a lot of knowledge, but also lacks wisdom, reflects that knowledge is only information that accumulates, but wisdom is the ability to understand, choose, and see the truth of life.
The practitioner often speaks little, not because he has nothing to say, but because he knows that every word has weight. He will not rush to respond to anything, not lose the power to overcome debate, but instead choose stillness, patience, and compassion.
Staying still does not mean weakness, but self-control, knowing when to speak, when to stop, and not letting emotions dictate actions.
Finally,

But a wise man will overcome himself with consciousness.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมเห็นว่าการเข้าใจความแตกต่างระหว่างการต่อสู้ของนักมวยและนักเขียนนั้น ช่วยให้เรากล้าที่จะใช้ความรู้ให้เป็นปัญญา ซึ่งไม่ใช่แค่สะสมข้อมูล แต่เป็นการนำมาใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์จริง เมื่อครั้งหนึ่งผมต้องเผชิญปัญหาความขัดแย้งทางความคิดกับคนรอบข้าง ความรู้ที่ผมมีอาจมากกว่าคนอื่น แต่การใช้ความรู้นั้นอย่างเหมาะสมและมีสติเป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้ผมไม่เสียเปรียบ เหมือนนักเขียนที่ไม่ได้ต่อสู้ด้วยกำปั้นแต่ใช้คำพูดที่มีน้ำหนักและความหมายลึกซึ้ง สิ่งที่สะท้อนจากข้อความว่า “เขาตีร่างกาย คุณอาจเจ็บชั่วคราว แต่เขาตีจิตวิญญาณ คุณเจ็บลึกแต่ยังสู้ได้” ทำให้ผมเข้าใจว่า ปัญญาคือการรู้ทันและควบคุมตัวเองไม่ให้อารมณ์ครอบงำ เช่นเดียวกับการนิ่งให้เป็น ฟังให้ลึก และคิดให้รอบคอบก่อนพูด ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงพลังแท้จริงของมนุษย์ที่ไม่ใช่ความรุนแรง แต่คือความอดทนและเมตตา นอกจากนี้ การฝึกฝนจิตใจเช่นนี้ยังทำให้เรามองโลกด้วยความสงบ เข้าใจความแตกต่างของคนอื่น และไม่เสียพลังไปกับการทะเลาะหรือพยายามเอาชนะเพียงฝ่ายเดียว เหมือนนักเขียนที่ใช้ภาษาเป็นเครื่องมือเปลี่ยนแปลงมุมมองผู้อ่านโดยไม่ต้องใช้ความรุนแรง ผมอยากแนะนำให้ทุกคนลองฝึกนิ่งสักช่วงเวลาหนึ่งในแต่ละวัน ฟังตัวเองและคนรอบข้างอย่างลึกซึ้ง แล้วเลือกใช้ความรู้ด้วยปัญญา ซึ่งจะทำให้เราไม่เพียงแค่ชนะคนอื่นด้วยเหตุผล แต่ยังชนะใจตัวเองด้วยความสงบและเข้าใจชีวิตที่ลึกซึ้งยิ่งขึ้น
