The Root System

I spent years trying to change behavior without ever seeing the belief underneath it.

Why do I keep picking the same type of person? Why do I shrink in certain rooms? Why do I say yes when every part of me means no?

The answer wasn’t a habit problem. It wasn’t a discipline problem.

It was a worth problem. And I didn’t even know that’s what it was.

Here’s what I share at the very beginning of One Strong Woman:

🌱 If your foundation is shaky, it doesn’t matter how tall or beautiful your branches grow. One strong storm can knock it all down. Sometimes even a small gust of wind is enough.

The inner work isn’t about fixing yourself. You were never broken. It’s about seeing clearly — what beliefs got layered over the real you, and when.

Because once you can see the pattern, everything changes. You stop trying to change the symptom and start working on the root.

🔥And the root, for almost every woman I’ve talked to, goes back to one thing: at some point, she stopped believing she was worth showing up for.
