When it comes to effective workouts, consider exercises that focus on your core while still engaging the glutes. Incorporating movements like glute bridges, deadlifts, and resistance band exercises will help target these areas. Diet is equally crucial. A balanced intake of protein can help maintain muscle while adopting a caloric deficit aids fat loss. Focus on whole foods like lean meats, vegetables, and healthy fats while keeping an eye on portion sizes. Hydration plays a key role as well. High protein, low carb, calorie deficit and natural fiber!! The gym is for muscle and endurance. Change that diet and it’s gonna go away! And I know this because it’s what I’m doing and I’m 80+ lbs down in 10 months! Once you lock in it’s up from there!!

You’re going to lose weight in your booty if you’re looking to lose fat. Find your maintenance calories. Up your protein and focus on glute workouts-rdls, step ups, hip thrusts, hip abductions, etc. 2-3 days a week. You should be eating .8-1.2g protein/pound. After each lift session do moderate cardio, such as fast walking or inclined walking- 10k steps a day. You’ll stay at your maintenance calories until you plato. Either up your cardio or drop to 100-300cal deficit. You’ll repeat this until you’re at your desired weight or desired calorie intake. Don’t be afraid to play with macros. Carbs are important for energy. I used to be 200lb went to 115lb and back up to 140lb.
