So….let’s see how where do I start? I was a student at extreme Institute by Nelly in 2014 and I ended up going to college with my son. It was the best experience I ever had and the happiest I have ever been. I went in for the management side of it but they also also offered the production side. I was the only poet going to that institution and it was the first time I had experienced the college experience on a level where I learned so much about myself. Also, did I mention I was almost 36 when I decided to go. It was the best decision in my entire existence and because of that two year experience I am not only a poet but an artist, creative, innovator, and potential musician if I stay the course of learning the lyre. From what I understand, Extreme Institute by Shock City is connected to a couple of graduate students. I don’t know, but I will have to say that EI produce some of the most innovative talent that is here in St. Louis today. I am proud to be an #eibynellygraduate It doesn’t exist anymore but trust when I say there are many of us who have perfected our art because of that experience and opportunity. #xblurayne #poet
