Experience sent Dior earrings to repair at the Siam branch. 💎✨

During that time, I took my favorite pair of Dior earrings and took a selfie as usual until I looked back at the good pictures... Eh! 👀
One pearl disappeared!!!😭
At first it was very heartbreaking because it was a favorite couple to wear very often.
Once you know you're missing, hurry back to the receipt immediately because you need to check the insurance, which is insured for no more than two years.
In June, I decided to go to Dior, Siam branch, to inquire about repairs.
But the first round... very much 😂
Because only take the broken side!
The branch had to use the other earring to inspect it, so I had to go home and get the other side. 😅
After that, go to the branch again. This time, fully prepared!
Good luck with SA. Cute and very good service. It handles everything. The procedure is not complicated. It's done for a while.

But it turned out to be a surprise new partner. 💕
It's called a story starting with lost pearl → finding a receipt → going wrong round → going back to again → sending repairs → waiting 2 weeks → finishing with a new pair.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่เคยเผชิญกับการส่งเครื่องประดับแบรนด์หรูอย่าง Dior เพื่อซ่อมต่างหูที่สาขาสยาม อยากแชร์เคล็ดลับและข้อควรรู้เล็กๆ น้อยๆ ที่น่าจะเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับผู้ที่กำลังเจอสถานการณ์คล้ายๆ กันค่ะ อันดับแรกเลยคือ การเก็บใบเสร็จหรือหลักฐานการซื้อเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมาก เพราะโดยปกติสิทธิ์ในการรับบริการซ่อมฟรีหรือภายใต้ประกันจะมีระยะเวลาจำกัดไม่เกิน 2 ปี ตามที่ Dior Thailand กำหนดไว้ ใบเสร็จจึงเป็นหลักฐานยืนยันชิ้นงานและความคุ้มครองตามระยะเวลาประกัน ส่วนเรื่องของการเตรียมชิ้นงานก็ขอแนะนำว่า ถ้าส่งซ่อมต่างหู ต้องนำส่งพร้อมกันทั้ง 2 ข้างเท่านั้น ถึงจะได้รับการตรวจสอบและประเมินอย่างถูกต้อง ซึ่งในครั้งแรกที่ไป ดิฉันเคยเผลอเอาแค่ข้างที่มีปัญหาไปคนเดียว ทำให้ต้องเสียเวลาเดินทางกลับไปเอาอีกข้างมาใหม่ค่ะ นอกจากนี้ พนักงานที่สาขาสยามมีความเป็นมิตรและพร้อมให้บริการอย่างดีมาก ตั้งแต่การแนะนำขั้นตอนการส่งซ่อม จนถึงการติดต่อแจ้งผลการซ่อม งานบริการของ Dior นั้นจะเน้นไปที่ความประทับใจลูกค้าเป็นหลัก ทำให้การส่งซ่อมเป็นเรื่องง่ายและไม่ซับซ้อนเกินไป ในระหว่างรอประมาณ 2 อาทิตย์ เพื่อให้ทางศูนย์ซ่อมจัดการแก้ไขชิ้นงาน สิ่งที่ทำได้คือ รักษาความหวังไว้และเตรียมใจว่าผลลัพธ์จะออกมาอย่างไร ซึ่งกรณีของดิฉัน ที่คาดว่าจะได้ต่างหูที่ซ่อมเสร็จแล้วกลับมา แท้จริงแล้วดันได้รับเป็นคู่ใหม่แทน! ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้รู้สึกเซอร์ไพรส์และประทับใจอย่างมาก สุดท้ายอยากแนะนำให้ผู้ที่มีเครื่องประดับแบรนด์เนมเก็บรักษาใบเสร็จดีๆ และเตรียมชิ้นงานพร้อมส่งซ่อมครบทั้งสองข้าง เพื่อให้การส่งซ่อมราบรื่น และได้รับบริการที่ดีที่สุดจาก Dior สาขาสยาม ถ้าใครเคยมีประสบการณ์ส่งซ่อมเครื่องประดับแบรนด์ Dior หรือแบรนด์อื่นๆ มาแลกเปลี่ยนกันได้นะคะ เพราะการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริงจะช่วยให้เราเตรียมตัวได้ดีขึ้นและได้รับการดูแลที่เหมาะสมค่ะ
