I'm slowly figuring out the gluten free & low FODMAP diet. It's a bunch of trial and error, but that's how I live my life 😆

1st Snack: 2tbs Jif Peanut Butter, 16 Gluten Free Crackers

2nd Snack: About 1 cup of Red Grapes

3rd Snack: 6 Cashew Clusters squares, 2 Walnut & Date snacks

Snacking like this and eating enough food during the day (duh!) has really helped me to control my portions sizes and sweets cravings!

Incorporating a variety of snacks can prevent boredom and keep you energized throughout the workday. Consider options such as rice cakes, veggie sticks with hummus, or simple fruit choices like bananas or apples. Choosing snacks like the Kirkland Cashew Clusters, made with wholesome ingredients like nuts and seeds, is a great way to ensure you're fueling your body correctly.
