Lo Mein Noodles Recipe🍜

This Lo Mein recipe is for sure to love and better than take out. It’s an easy recipe and anybody can make it.

INGREDIENTS:

•Flank steak or thin cut (you can substitute for chicken)

•Lo Mein noodles (I used Yakisoba noodles)

•1/2 cup sliced carrots

•1/2 cup chopped broccoli

•1/2 tbsp minced garlic

•1/4 cup bean sprouts

•chopped green onion

SAUCE:

•1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

•1 tbsp dark soy sauce

•1 tbsp oyster sauce

•1 tbsp sesame oil

•1 tsp sugar

•1/2 tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1. To an oiled pan add marinated and sliced steak and cook almost all the way. Add in carrots cook for a bit before adding broccoli and mixed garlic.

2. Add in cooked noodles then the sauce mixture. Give it good mix and let cook until sauce is combined and thickens up.

3. Garnish with bean sprouts and chopped green onion and enjoy!

I’m sure you will like it as much I did. You can substitute any of the ingredients for preferred options.
