WHAT I EAT IN A BUSY DAY 16LBS DOWN!

Today i had a hair appointment, which was literally all day😩😭I didn’t get home til after 7, and my eating window ends at 8.. so I didn’t have time to prepare a meal, but there was Popeyes at the house😭 so I ate that! n my phone was dead so I couldn’t take the pictures!! Normally, since starting my weight loss journey I try to stay away from fast foods. BUT if I do I only have it 1x during that week.

Also, im no longer counting calories due to me always end up under eating my calories which I think prevented me from losing weight with also Intermittent fasting. So now that I’ve cut out trying to count calories I just stick to intermittent fasting.
