My Angel 🥰😇

This post goes out to those that have lost someone special in their life’s. This post is for my father the man that raised me and gave me permission to do things in life like shave my underarms, wax my eyebrows, shave my legs, etc. I love you so much and I will continue to hold you dearly to my heart. Only God knows what he does and why he does these things but at least I know you’re with him now so I know you’re in a better place and not suffering in pain. So with that being said this is for the people that have gone through something similar. I want you to know that no matter what you are going through that they are there lookin down on you. Most people give you there condolences and say their sorry for your lost but only you know how hard it can possibly be and what you really go through ; you know that something like this is life changing and impactful but you learn to not be sad and only live with the good memories and smile when you think about them. It does get easy EVENTUALLY. With that being said I love you papi remember I will always be ur little girl cause I will forever be a daddy’s girl .

Grief manifests in various ways, and it’s essential to acknowledge the complexity of emotions involved. Many individuals grapple with feelings of sadness, anger, and even guilt after the loss of someone close. The process of mourning is deeply personal, and while well-meaning friends and family may offer condolences, only the bereaved can truly comprehend the depth of their loss. It's crucial to find healthy outlets for grief—whether through writing, art, or talking with supportive friends. Numerous resources, such as support groups or counseling, can provide comfort and assistance in navigating these difficult times. Remember, it’s okay to seek help. Therapeutic practices like journaling can facilitate healing by allowing one to express thoughts and memories in a safe space. Additionally, embracing rituals—like lighting a candle or creating a memory box—can honor the memory of the loved one while aiding in the healing journey. As time passes, the sharp pain of loss may dull, but the love and memories shared continue to remain alive. Recognizing that our loved ones may still be watching over us can provide solace during tough times, reminding us to cherish those cherished moments and carry them forward in our hearts.
