2. Make Simple Syrup: In a saucepan, mix 2 parts sugar with 1 part water to create a simple syrup. Heat until the sugar dissolves completely. 🍬🔥

3. Candying Process: Add your fruit slices to the syrup and let them simmer for about 30 minutes until they turn transparent and beautifully glossy! 🍊✨

4. Drying: Place the candied fruits on a rack to dry for 12 hours, or use a dehydrator set at 95°F for 2 hours. 🕒💧
