In this article, I share my journey as a transmasc nonbinary person, detailing the complexities of living with various mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder, anxiety, and ADHD. Understanding one's identity in a world that often seeks to categorize can be challenging but also rewarding. Art and gaming play pivotal roles in my life, serving as avenues for expression and refuge. Engaging with these passions can be particularly therapeutic, especially when navigating difficult times. Additionally, I find solace in the company of my two black cats, who remind me daily of the joys of companionship.
