Healthy hair growth routine 🎀💇🏻♀️
Hair routine for hair growth!
🌟 Step 1: Detox Shampoo
Healthy hair starts with a happy scalp! Use a clarifying shampoo once a week to detox and remove buildup. Also, use a scalp massager to stimulate hair growth. You can also just use your fingertips, it works just as well!
🌟 Step 2: Scalp serums and oils
Include a scalp serum or oil into your routine! The Divi and Living Proof serums don’t make your hair look greasy so these are great to apply during the daytime too! You don’t need to rinse them out. Apply it directly to your scalp and massage it in!
🌟 Step 3: Condition with a hair mask
I use a hair mask in place of conditioner on most hair wash days! My favorite hair mask is from Gisou. I’m all out of it so I’m using the one from Ouai. It’s not my favorite, but I need to use it before repurchasing another haha! The Gisou mask hydrates your hair so much more and leaves it feeling so soft
🌟 Step 4: Leave in conditioner and oil
I love the Dae leave in since it’s lightweight and also is a heat protectant! The Olaplex hair oil is one of my favs! It’s not greasy, lightweight, and smells delicious. Both of these together keep my frizz at ease
🌟 Step 5: Try heatless hairstyles
Swap heat stylers to heatless ones! When I want to have my hair down, I use a Kitsch heatless styler rod. I like using it when my hair is 90% dry, I find my curls hold the best when it’s practically dry. You can also try fun updos with claw clips or cute scrunchies
🌟 Step 7: Use a bond complex
Using a bond complex strengthens and repairs hair by building three types of bonds, making it healthier and more resilient! The Living Proof one also provides heat protection, protects against UV rays, and reduces frizz. Your hair will be stronger, so less breakage, sooo longer hair!!

Healthy hair growth is a journey best supported by a well-structured routine. Start with a detox shampoo to cleanse your scalp, allowing for optimal hair growth. Incorporating scalp serums and oils, like Divi and Living Proof, can significantly nourish hair follicles without a greasy finish. Conditioning your hair with a high-quality hair mask replaces regular conditioner and enhances hydration. For maintenance, consider using lightweight leave-in conditioners that also act as heat protectants. Avoid heat styling tools by embracing heatless styling methods, preserving your hair’s health while achieving beautiful curls. Lastly, integrate a bond complex treatment to strengthen your hair and minimize breakage, ensuring long, healthy locks. With consistency and the right products, your hair can flourish beautifully.
