Choosing the perfect brightening powder for oily skin can truly elevate your makeup routine, especially when you’re targeting the delicate undereye area. If you love the lightweight, natural finish of a loose setting powder like Maybelline Fit Me Loose Powder in Fair Light but want a pop of brightness, opt for powders in pink or lilac tones as they counteract dullness and neutralize dark circles. The Huda Beauty Easy Bake Powder in Cherry Blossom is a popular choice for its finely milled texture that provides a soft-focus, blurred finish while imparting a subtle rosy glow. It’s designed to be buildable and long-lasting, making it ideal for oily skin types as it helps control shine without feeling heavy. Kosas Cloud Set Translucent Candy is another excellent option formulated to set makeup without cakeiness. This powder adds a hint of color that brightens the under-eye, while its oil-absorbing properties keep excess shine at bay throughout the day. Plus, its translucent finish helps to blur fine lines and imperfections. One/Size Ultimate Blur in Ultra Pink not only brightens but cleverly diffuses light to blur pores and uneven texture, an essential feature when dealing with oily or combination skin. The pink tone is flattering for most skin tones and gives a fresh, awake appearance. When selecting a brightening powder, apart from the color and finish, ensure it’s non-comedogenic and lightweight to avoid clogging pores or emphasizing oiliness. Additionally, pairing your brightening powder with a good eye primer and setting spray can enhance longevity and maintain the radiant look. Remember, the goal is to brighten and blur while keeping your skin matte and fresh. Trying sample sizes or testers can help you decide which powder best matches your skin’s needs and undertone. These powders, inspired by your criteria, have rave reviews for their balance of brightening effect, oil control, and blurring capabilities—perfect for achieving a flawless undereye highlight.

A great oil control powder is Fenty's pro filt'r was great. A couple of drug store options that has worked for me are Loreal infallible and nyx can't stop won't stop mattifying powder. The are amazing options!
