patreon link in bio! 🥳💖🥹
i’ve wanted to start a patreon for YEARS but i’ve constantly let my brain stop me from actually doing it but that stops today!!! the link is in my bio/linktree! 🥳
it’d mean the world to me if you checked out my page. i’m going to be watching and reacting to SO many things so long as people want me to. from tv shows i’ve been waiting years to watch for this exact moment (first 9 episodes of Sex and the City already up with more to come), concert films i’ve watched a million times but not in awhile (*NSYNC PopOdyssey tour uploading as we speak!) and so, SO much more.
this is a work in progress but something i’m very proud of allowing myself to learn and figure out in real time rather than think i have to perfect it before i even attempt. i think creative outlets and community are so important and this is my attempt at fostering both for myself right now. i’m excited to see what comes of it but at the very least, i’ll be building my pop culture mental database and logging letterboxd reviews far into the future. i hope you join me 💖
Starting a Patreon has been on my mind for a long time, and finally taking that leap has been incredibly rewarding. What I’ve found is that the key to overcoming hesitation is to embrace imperfection and just get started. My Patreon isn’t just about sharing reactions; it’s about building a community where we can share our passion for pop culture together. For me, revisiting classic TV shows like the first 9 episodes of 'Sex and the City' has been a nostalgic and insightful experience. It allows me to reflect on how these stories have influenced pop culture over the years. Also, uploading concert films like *NSYNC’s PopOdyssey tour sparks memories and fun discussions with fellow fans. What’s exciting is knowing this is a continuous work in progress. I’m learning to balance creating content and engaging with supporters without pressure to be perfect. The Patreon becomes a space for creativity and connection, where everyone feels welcome to contribute or simply enjoy the content. If you’re interested in pop culture reactions, live commentary, or just want to support someone building their creative outlet, checking out a Patreon like this can be a great experience. It’s more than just watching and reviewing — it’s about sharing the journey and growing a mental database of unforgettable moments in entertainment. I hope others find the same joy I have in this process and join in on the fun and community building.
