The word for this year is discipline🙌🏻
One of my goals for this year is to read the bible in a year and I was slacking for 3 days not doing that so today I decided to jump to it and stop putting it off and putting God and reading the word for last minute. I struggle with wanting to get up early and spending time with him first thing I wake up and I pray about it to him and I know slowly put surely he is going to help me start doing that but it won’t happen if I don’t put the work in as well. This year is about discipline not just with growing my relationship with God but about everything that I do in life. I have many goals this year and I won’t get to accomplish them if I don’t hold myself accountable for it and with doing that and with God’s help and strength I know I will accomplish everything I have set my mind to🫶🏻 To stay
on track with reading my bible I will be doing “the bible recap with Tara -Leigh cobble” that you can find on the bible app and so far so good🥰 I read Genesis 1-11 today and can’t wait to do tomorrow’s reading plan❤️ #christian #lemon8creator #biblejournaling #godisgood #jesuslovesyou
Discipline is a critical theme for many individuals aiming to improve their lives in various aspects, especially in spiritual growth. The practice of daily prayer and Bible reading fosters a strong spiritual foundation, reinforcing the commitment to align daily actions with one’s faith. For those seeking similar growth, incorporating structured reading plans, such as "The Bible Recap with Tara-Leigh Cobble," can provide guidance and accountability. As you embark on your journey, setting realistic goals, creating a reading schedule, and joining community discussions can significantly influence your success. This year's focus should also emphasize gratitude and reflection on lessons learned. By acknowledging setbacks and victories, you can motivate yourself to pursue discipline in every area of your life. Furthermore, sharing goals with friends or online communities offers support and encouragement, enhancing the overall experience. As discipline often goes beyond religious practices, consider applying it to areas such as health, finance, and personal relationships. Small, consistent actions lead to significant transformations, making the journey fulfilling and fruitful.
