Chinese cabbage, garland chrysanthemum, mushrooms, shirataki, chikuwa, plenty of beef 🥩
When it's simmered, it tastes like a shop and I'm impressed...!

Learning the names of ingredients, trying seasonings, every day is a small discovery ☺️
