When ordering, you actually get to choose between 2 types of foam:
🍎 Apple foam
🧈 Tofu foam
I went with the tofu foam because that was what the staff recommended — and honestly no regrets 👀
The funniest thing is… the tofu foam reminded me SO much of 老伴豆花 🤭
If you’ve eaten that before, you’ll probably know the taste/texture I mean hahaha.
The drink itself was refreshing with a nice strawberry-matcha combination, while the foam added a creamy and slightly savoury touch ✨
